Five pilots. Evidence before claims.

Five pilots at different evidence stages. Measured outcomes are separated from reported outcomes, active production and foundation work. Where a number is not yet audited, we say so rather than invent it.

Am Accountable

Measured programme

Virtual finance and accounting teams · Pan-India, HQ Hyderabad · Ongoing engagement

Challenge

A firm serving Indian businesses since 2011 with strong referral demand, but effectively invisible when founders asked AI assistants which virtual CFO or accounting partner to use.

Solution

Full engine: founder intelligence, brand kit, strategy, entity graph, machine-readable website architecture, a 130-prompt universe across service × city × industry, and a weekly prompt-first content loop with two-stage approval.

Results

  • Website machine-readability audit lifted from 49 to 83 out of 100 after applying our fixes
  • 130 buyer prompts mapped and bound to content, with weekly citation testing in place
  • Within days of website optimisation, daily inbound calls asking about accounting vacancies — half of callers cited ChatGPT as their source
  • A direct client inquiry from Bangalore received, quotation sent, now in negotiation stage
“We finally know what AI says about us, and we fix it every week instead of guessing.”

Smitam Dental

Reported outcome

Precision digital dentistry · Hyderabad, India · Website build + AI visibility foundation

Challenge

A microscope-and-digital-workflow clinic competing for international dental-tourism patients who research entirely through AI assistants before they ever open a search engine.

Solution

We built the website with AI visibility designed in from the first page: clear entity identity, technology and treatment pages written for extraction, structured data, and answer-shaped content for dental-tourism questions.

Results

  • Clinic reports a good volume of enquiries from overseas patients
  • Patients told the clinic their source was ChatGPT
  • Treatment and technology pages structured so models can quote specifics, not just a brand name
“Patients from abroad are reaching us and telling us they found us through ChatGPT.”

theSoftHR.com

Active pilot

HRMS and payroll software · India · Weekly visibility programme

Challenge

An Indian HRMS product entering a category crowded with established software brands, where affordability, compliance and suitability for MSMEs must be explained clearly enough for both buyers and answer engines.

Solution

We established a 111-question buyer-prompt universe and began a weekly content programme covering entity trust, product education and buyer comparisons. Six substantial assets now carry publication-ready copy and relevant imagery.

Results

  • 111 buyer prompts mapped across HRMS, payroll, compliance and MSME buying questions
  • Seven substantial assets generated; six include final visual assets
  • Four assets have completed an approval or distribution stage
“An active pilot with production evidence; citation outcomes are still being measured.”

HelloStatements.com

Early traction

Bank-statement clarity product · India · Pre-publication foundation

Challenge

A focused financial utility needed a clean, factual identity before any content was produced. Publishing before that foundation was complete would create inconsistent entity signals and waste production credits.

Solution

We imported 67 founder-intelligence answers, corrected the brand kit from the real website and source material, and mapped a 130-question prompt universe before content production begins.

Results

  • 67 founder-intelligence answers captured and reviewed
  • 130 buyer prompts mapped before the first publication cycle
  • 14 unknown users signed up for the free tier; one converted to paid and used the full quota
“Foundation first: the system records what is ready and what still needs proof.”

Beacona AI

Internal proving ground

Managed AI visibility marketing · Hyderabad, India · Live internal programme

Challenge

We needed to prove that the operating system could run on its own category before asking clients to trust it — without hiding weak weeks or turning internal production labels into public content.

Solution

We completed founder intelligence, built a 118-question prompt universe and run Beacona through the same weekly planning, generation, approval and verification loop used for client brands.

Results

  • 118 buyer prompts mapped across AI visibility, managed service and Hyderabad demand
  • Seven substantial Week 1 assets generated; six reached approval or distribution
  • The same evidence rules, approval stages and weekly verification apply to our own brand
“We use the system on ourselves first, then carry what survives into client delivery.”
